Made solely from durum wheat semolina and shaped with a bronze die, the pasta has a pale yellow color and a vitreous, firm texture. The average sheet measures 175×80 mm with a thickness of 0.85 mm, providing consistent layering. It cooks in about 6 minutes in boiling water or 35–40 minutes in the oven at 200°C. Store in a cool, dry place for a 36‑month shelf life in the original pack.
